Bullying: Harmless Pranks or Real Problems?

This article from aish.com asks an important question: are pranks played by kids on kids horrors or harmless? Are all the class clowns and troublemakers detined to be bullies? One thing's for sure. We agree with Mrs. Braverman: discretion and wisdom should be the key here. Government rules and zero tolerance policies in schools are the reaction to politics, not policy.
